Many of you have been asking for a deeper dive into healing, feminine embodiment, and trauma recovery—well, here it is!

‘Earth, My Body’ is a unique 7-week experience designed to guide you through a powerful journey of self-discovery, healing, connection to Self, others and the Earth.

This intensive will combine Group Process-oriented Psychotherapy, Shamanic Womancraft, Wild Feminine/ Holistic Pelvic Care practices, and Sar’s skillful expertise in holding space to help you shift trauma and stagnation from the body and mind.

Reconnect with your wild feminine landscape and commune with your authentic self.

Throughout this journey, you’ll receive tools for attuning to your body and feminine wisdom.  We’ll explore lineage, creativity, consent, communication, and ways to cultivate resonance and connection - in your inner and outer world.

This is an opportunity to get deeply grounded in your own body and learn how to listen to and honour her, in every moment.

This program is ideal for those experiencing:

• Blocked or stressed core energy, flow and creativity
• Postnatal stress and trauma
• Menstruation or hormonal imbalances
• Sexual challenges, including issues with sensation, libido, or orgasm
• A sense of feeling stuck, disconnected, or lost
• Fertility concerns or a desire to cultivate creative energy
• A longing to deepen self-care and intuitive wisdom

What’s Included:

• 6 in-person sessions over 7 weeks, including two full-day gatherings
• 20 hours of face-to-face facilitated group time
• Access to a private WhatsApp group for support, connection, and sharing throughout the journey
• Experiential practice of Group Therapy, Shamanic Womancraft, and Holistic Pelvic Care
• Simple tools for nervous system regulation and cultivating healthy boundaries through authentic communication
