Often the voices of our past, our woundings or our family systems (traumas, norms and values) keep arising in the present and prevent us from living as we would wish.
Let us explore these voices and find ways of integration that support us to step forward and live our powerful, authentic woman selves.
WHAT IS PSYCHODRAMA?
‘Psyche' relates to the spirit or mind, while ‘drama' relates to the stories acted out in life every day. By combining mind and action, psychodrama gets to the reality beneath the surface.
We will create a stage and gently explore in dialogue and action, the internal and external relationships that hold us back from our powerful authenticity as well as those internal and external relationships that support and nourish us.
ABOUT KATHERINE CAILLEACH:
Katherine Cailleach Howard is a Maga Woman - having graduated through menopause and now fully loving being a Grandmother to 5 small beings. Cailleach practices as a counsellor, psychotherapist and group therapist. She has been a therapist since 1981.
She specialises in women’s health and relationship counselling, but really enjoys working with the men who are courageous enough to venture into her realms! She runs regular professional development groups using the psychodrama method and has been an accredited psychodramatist since 2011.
Cailleach lives by the cycles of the moon and the celtic wheel of the year. She conducts Women’s Circles in the Blue Mountains for the Celtic Sabbats as well as a range of creative and therapeutic workshops. Cailleach is a Teacher of the 4 Seasons Journey with the School of Shamanic Womancraft.
